No other attorney, no other law firm, will fight harder or smarter to defend you.

DWI DEFENSE IS ALL WE DO.

WHO ARE WE?

Wisner and Wisner is a dedicated law firm to combating and representing clients accused of Alcohol Influenced Operating Offenses and other alcohol/vehicle offenses. Our law firm has over 70 years of trial experience and is one of the most experienced DWI defense teams in the Rochester region.

New York's drunk driving laws are among the strictest in the nation. A DWI conviction is one of the worst possible stigma's you can carry in the professional world, regardless of you and your past. Even if you have never had a record before, employers will second guess you.

I am so grateful I have a second chance with my professional life. Thank you. - T.H.

OUR REPUTATION

Our reputation is more than advertising. A DWI can happen to anyone and we have one of the most esbalished names in the business. We've been requested through doctors, engineers, managers. If you're in doubt about your situation, consider your location, local law, local lawfirms and the community. Ask police or judges who they would recommend. Ask a family lawyer whom he or she would recommend and then interview the most recommended lawyer to find the best. Reputation is what matters.
